The KOI-18 is a battery operated Key Tape Reader that converts
physical key tape into an electronic format for use in the KYK-13,
KYX-15, and the AN/CYZ-10 devices. It is capable of accepting both paper
and mylar tapes. The KOl-18 has no storage capability.
