The PACE TR-10 is believed to
be the first transistorized desktop analog computer used at NSA.
Programming was accomplished by manually interconnecting its
components to solve complex mathematical equations. The ideal
duration of a single solution runtime was 15 to 60 seconds, not
counting setup time. This computer required an extensive
knowledge of mathematics to operate. It was made by Electronics
Associates Inc. in the 1960/61 time frame. Click on thumbnail to
